Our experience with Marlo started off well. We went for a sale. Had a friendly, helpful and not at all pushy salesman that helped us get everything ordered. Our furniture took a little longer to be delivered because of time constraints on delivery that we had and that was fine. What wasn't fine is what happened when delivered.

Another good experience with Marlo. My first was in Forest Heights MD, now Rockville MD.

Customer for as long as you keep this kind of customer service and quality.

It’s been five days after the second attempted delivery (three weeks from the day we purchased the table) and customer service hasn’t bothered to contact us to arrange for a third delivery attempt or to respond to our complaint about reassembling the dining room table.

Marlo furniture selection are extensive, quality fair to great-go mid level with price or higher. But there is something from everyone.

Marlo/Ashley know a great deal about sales. Unfortunately when it comes to customer service they are fumbling in the dark.

The deliverer's/installers either damaged or found parts of our bed damaged and used a stain stick on it when I was out of the room and did not tell me about the damage. I did not notice the damage till about a half hour after they left. I immediately contacted Marlo and was told that I needed to contact someone else. When I contacted them I was told to contact someone else. After about 5 different people I was given an email. No surprise the email was the wrong email. Eventually 2 weeks after delivery I am given the correct email and I am able to send picture and schedule a tech. Unfortunately the tech will not be here in my area for 4 more weeks. While this is horrible, I really don't have much choice. I accept my fate and wait 4 weeks. I scheduled everything around that day because Marlo doesn't say when the tech is coming so I plan to be home all day. Today, the day before the tech is supposed to be here, Marlo calls and says the tech will not be in my area and I have to reschedule. This pretty much puts me through the roof. This was scheduled 4 weeks ago! I asked for an explanation as to why the tech was not available for a scheduled appointment that was made 4 weeks prior and the answer I got was "I don't know. I would have to ask the scheduler". I said " Ask the Scheduler". The response was " the scheduler is not here right now". This is inexcusable. You had 4 weeks notice of this appointment, 6 weeks since delivery and now I have to wait another week before someone will be out to attempt to fix 4 of 6 drawers!

Now that I have a free Saturday because it was scheduled as such I am thinking I should go to the Marlo showroom and talk to everyone that I can about my experience with Marlo and maybe talk them out of purchasing anything. After all I have nothing better to do my tech isn't showing up for a service appointment scheduled 4 weeks prior!!

My wife and I found nice furniture at a fair price - with free delivery! We were very happy. Then the delivery occurred.

Zero stars would be more appropriate but 1 will have to do.

I waited over a week before replacement legs were sent out for the coffee table - and get this - again the wrong set of legs were sent!

Delivery setup and arrival was well planned, although delivery men were rushed. They did not balk when I asked them to unpack for inspection or set up the LR set.

I had a great experience with Ivan Stanback. He listened and really acknowledged my thoughts as to what dining table I was looking for. I found an affordable, quality table. Excellent customer service!!! The woman at the counter was also great!!! (she happens to be Ivan’s sister-in-law)

The delivery people brought the wrong set of legs for our coffee table; they rushed through the assembly of our dining room table, so the legs are not flush with the table base; they also didn’t clean up the packaging after the assembly.

Everything here is not exclusive yet overpriced. The salesman who helped my family and I was nice and knowledgeable but when I said I would think about it he immediately showed us the exit. When someone purchased all employees would say thank you for coming but whoever left without purchasing they wouldn't even look their way. My mother could afford the furniture but she didn't like them so to be mistreated/bullied for not purchasing is not ok.

Gina, my sales person, was terrific. She listened to my needs and grasped the decor I was most interested. She allowed space to shop without pressure, yet kept watch & note from afar. My matched LR and BR suites are perfect.
