My experience at Bob's Discount Furniture was absolutely wonderful and the store has good quality furniture at a decent price. I visited the store a few times over a few weeks before making three purchases, and I was welcomed by an excellent Sales Associate, Dion Barton. Dion is personable, attentive, wonderful, informative, very responsive, knowledgeable, creative and super helpful. He answered all the questions I had, was not pushy about anything and I never felt pressured to buy. He made sure that I was happy with the selections and purchases I made. The buying process was smooth and quite pleasant, I could not be happier with the support I have received from him and I can't say enough about his patience and assistance. I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for furniture and when you go to Bob's Discount Furniture which is the place to go, ask for Dion Barton!
Great and unique representative. Maria. So hilarious and kept me smiling and laughing as she walked me through to select what I needed to keep my home fit and attractive. Maria's excellent gestures and marketing skill is amiable and is highly recommendable. I recommend her for her excellent smiles, courteous gestures and customer service skills for any one that steps into the store. Keep up the good works Maria. The delivery staff were very professional and completed the job quickly. The in-store staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I always go to Bob's first - well made furniture at a reasonable price. They're great!
Easy-peazy! :) Jerome made our couch-buying experience stress-free. He was really friendly and he treated us like family! He was very clear about the details of our entire purchase and made sure everything was accurate. I really like this Bob’s Furniture branch. It’s bright, clean, and easy to navigate in!

My experience at Bobs was phenomenal. Me and my mother went there to look for a few pieces for my new place but I needed to stay within budget so I went to the outlet section of the store. My sales associate James Hill was super helpful. I am a DIY type of person and I always see when I can fix something for nothing. James helped me pick a lovely dining room table and luckily they just got in 4 matching chairs so that worked out perfectly. James helped me measure everything and made sure I was completely satisfied before me and my mother left the store. I can't wait to go back and get more stuff for my new place!
