After a lot of online searching (I am a millennial) and many trips to stores such as Best Buy and Costco, The Big Screen Store had the best prices. Barry made the entire experience informative and unexpectedly fun. He was very honest and did not push anything we did not need or could afford. He was transparent with every cost and kept us laughing while doing it. Will be recommending to any family/friends looking for new media equipment. Additionally, when trying to get ahold of customer service you will not call to answer to a robot or automated message machine only to be placed on hold. They answer personally and take calls at any time for help or information regarding a purchase. Call Best Buy, see how long it takes to get care like that. Will be returning. Thanks Barry! UPDATED: Our couch was delivered yesterday by two very professional and friendly delivery guys. Carlos was awesome and handled our new furniture with great care. The team was punctual and gave us a heads up before heading our way. We couldn't be happier with the delivery. Thanks Big Screen Store!
I am very happy with my shopping experience. Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful - did not try to push anything on us. I liked the fact that they did not have too many choices, rather only the best selection, in their opinion. Their prices were comparable to Best Buy and Amazon and even better on some items. They scored on customer service and one extra year of warranty.

Went to the big screen store after multiple trips to Best Buy and target. Wish I made the big screen store my first stop. Was surprised to see that everything seemed to have better prices than Best Buy and Barry made for a great buying experience. He's extremely knowledgeable and honest.
