I always receive terrific service and support at Revolution. My last trip was essentially a no charge engagement. They are top notch.
This is a well, albeit dishonorably run business. I went in recently to have a few things replaced for wear(covered by the KPP plan). Among these things was my freewheel. One of the cogs on the freewheel was worn down to eventually look like a sharp tooth. They said the KPP plan covers this wear and that freewheel would be replaced. Smiling, they said the KPP plan would also cover replacing my worn out pedals, so they took the liberty of doing that also. So pleased with this, I never suspected any tricks were coming. So I left with the bike and everything ran smoothly. After taking a closer look at the freewheel while on the Metro I noticed the SAME tooth looking cog they said would be replaced. These LIARS just cleaned my own old freewheel and said it was new!! When I went back to the location they claimed that they did replace it and that the tooth looking cog was designed like that. I swear, don't let them give you this excuse!!! They probably slap old parts on bikes all the time. Such LIARS!!!!
Excellent service group, they've worked on my bike for several years and always do a great job. Highly recommend.
We had a good experience today purchasing a kids bike. The staff was attentive as soon as we walked in and helpful throughout. We ended up with one of their used bikes that came out of their trade-up program, primarily because my son liked the color. What I like was that there was no pressure by the staff to buy one of the new bikes. They did a quick tune-up on the bike where maybe they could have spent a bit more time cleaning up the chain and gears, but not too shabby. Mechanics were friendly. Overall, however, this was a completely different experience to what I've had a couple years ago where I got no attention and left thinking I wouldn't be back. I was pleasantly surprised today and will likely visit again in the future.
The staff here is really nice, they took the time the answer all my questions.
