Quick tire replacement service on Sunday morning.
Update 5/14/17 - Okay, despite my negative experiences, it is hard to find a quality bike at a reasonable price, so this is in-between the high end, and Wal-mart. When I bought the bikes (3) they talked me into getting the maintenance plan. I forgot how difficult their service offering was when I paid the extra up-sell. Of course, same situation when I came in for a repair - no direction from the sales staff who literally pretended I wasn't standing there with a bike. When I went back to the service area, I was greeted with the same dismissive attitude. After 10 minutes, a worker passed me after talking to another customer - and I had to aggressively get his attention. Clearly annoyed, he told me the same drill, that I could leave my bike, or bring it back in 3 weeks - the next available appointment.... Seriously? for a Tune-up?? So much for the value added maintenance. Lesson? Don't buy the upsell.
Really helpful staff, good storage of bicycles in any shape and size, and incredible accessories...
Went looking for a repair or perhaps replacement part. The greeter was not interested in me, since I was not buying a bike. When I found my way to the back the repair manager treated me like an idiot when I did not understand his response to my repair question. He said I could leave the bike if I wanted, but that it would be a week before they even looked at it. I started to ask him a question about the replacement to the part and changed my my mind when he gave me a "what now moron?" look. Knowing that people are more likely to say something negative than positive, I was surprised by this attitude from a store that sells products starting at $400.
Amazing place! Cost efficient and really nice
Terrible experience. Came in to get some accessories attached to my road bike, the older 'bike mechanic' gave every excuse why he couldn't put them on. He just didn't want to do it. Front End staff were pretty cool, but stay away from getting bike serviced. Took it Trek Bikes in Rockville, and they put them on, no problem. Stay away from this place....
