This is a great agency! I began shopping around to see where I could find the cheapest ticket to Jamaica. I then saw an ad of Monica Travel in a newspaper and decided to give them a try. I went to the office in Rockville and the people working there were very friendly. It was a clean place and they had really nice pictures on the wall. They helped me out immediately and I had a ticket in no time. I was in and out of the office in less than 5 minutes. If there's one thing that they need, I would suggest finding more employees that speak English because most of them only speak spanish, but I still highly recommend this place to everyone!
I wanted to buy a ticket to Santo Domingo for vacation and so I was looking around on google for some. I found in a local Spanish newspaper that Monica Travel had the best fare in the area. So I called them and stopped by their Rockville office and bought one ticket direct flight and it was as so easy. The people were very friendly and welcoming. Recomiendo Monica Travel!

Truly recommend Monica travel, good customer service, friendly people!!! Always help me to save money for my flight ticket, always find me the good price I don't change I'm frecuently customer for year and always find the correct flight for god price!
Stop where you at! DO NOT GO THERE! The worst service ever!! They was not able to give confirmation of ticket on the spot just a paper of requested date and trip. I called them once I left to get receipt ( I felt a certain type of way after reading reviews on yelp, which I should've done before dealing with these people) they told me the paper work they handed to us was a receipt but nowhere on our documents was a fee/ price posted! So I requested them to email me receipt and was told I had to go back in and sign for a receipt which makes no sense whatsoever and Monica herself said she did not want to continue this conversation and hung up on me. Also while there was ask if I had gmail account, I said yes. So they asked me to go to there sight ( me thinking so they can show me how to log in and get flight info) but only to find out they gave themselves a 5 star review!!! A 5star review!!! Seriously!! I even called them out on it, they probably do that to all the ignorant folks to get their ratings up!! Also I have reported them to the better business bureau!
