Horrible! Movers were very unprofessional. Movers broke the client's furniture, threw it in a dumpster then denied any knowledge. VERY unprofessional. Woman who answered the phone was laughing and giggling during the complaint conversation. VERY unprofessional. Movers also damaged additional property (Police report with pictures verifying moving company items on damaged car) again VERY unprofessional.
And parent company in Russia so good luck trying to get any response. Only gave it one star because they won't let you post without giving them something.
I found this company through Groupon, but have used them again at full price and recommend them to all of my friends looking for a moving company-one of which has already used them and also loved them. Incredibly fast, professional, polite. If you are in the DC area, this is your best bet.
Phenomenal service, bubble wrap, blankets, due dilligence with furniture, on time with a smile, to sum it up these guys are the whole kit and caboodle. Excellent customer service from first contact to last interaction, the lady whose name begins with an 'O' (sorry) was wonderful and accommodating, and most important of all 'transparent', which is a commodity. Thank you for a wonderful experience, will recommend.
