I have been a Hertz customer for a few years. I am very pleased write that Jordan is always pleasant and makes me feel welcome with smiling face and got me out as quick as possible.As a Realtor i know how important the customer service is and Hertz definitely has a winner in Jordan.
Called them earlier in the day, mentioned when I was coming in (~5:30pm). Representative tells me that's fine and reminds me they close at 6pm. Get there at 5:40pm. Office is closed, no one around, no one answers the phone. Can't rent a car when there's no one around. Zero Stars.
Staff was courteous and helpful, and the car was clean.
