Poor Customer service.
Terrible customer service, I hung up because they couldn't speak english. The guy kept telling me they didn't rent tents and could not understand that I wanted a site for a tent.
Only after doing a bunch of work to try to reserve a campsite will they tell you that camping is limited to MoCo residents only, which is outrageous given the various reciprocity agreements in place with DC and PG. I hope both DC and PG sue MoCo and/or exclude their residents from public facilities.
Poor parking for a large girl scout event
don't waste you time or money. they don't speak English , I swear it was like I was in another country trying to deal with these people. I just gave up, and hung up.
